Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected. To qualify for a refund:

  • The return must be approved according to our Return Policy

  • The item must be returned unused and in its original condition

  • The product must include original packaging

PureNest reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet these conditions.


Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.


Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Please note your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost:

  • Replacement product, or

  • Full refund

Photo evidence may be required to process claims.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 30 days:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider or payment processor

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Used or damaged items not caused by shipping issues
