Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping details at checkout. Purenest is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect addresses.

Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or being unclaimed, reshipping fees may apply.

Delays: While we always aim to deliver on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or events outside our control.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Packages
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issues with your order:

Damaged Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at purenest@gmail.com. with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no extra cost.

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please check with your neighbors or local post office. If the package is still missing, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
