1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Item must be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, or accessories included.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or order number) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page


2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where and how to send the item back.

  3. Pack your item securely in the original packaging.

  4. Ship the return using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).


3. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary by bank or payment provider).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped an incorrect or defective product.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you would like to replace an item:

  • Please return the original item for a refund.

  • Place a new order for the replacement product.
